Carolin Justus is a versatile and dedicated singer-actress based in Central, South Carolina. Since making her theatrical debut as a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz at age eight, she has appeared in more than 25 productions throughout the Upstate. Her notable credits include Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Anya/Anastasia in Anastasia, Cinderella in Cinderella, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Luisa in The Fantasticks, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Amy in Little Women, Fastrada in Pippin, and Yocheved in The Prince of Egypt.
A trained soprano, Carolin has spent more than nine years developing her vocal artistry under the instruction of Dr. Amber James and Heather Haithcock. She remains committed to continual growth, participating in a variety of educational opportunities, including a musical theatre workshop with Broadway performer Anastasia Talley, Market Theatre’s 24-Hour Musicals, a Jazz Voice Intensive, and numerous choral masterworks and musical reviews.
Carolin has been recognized by the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), earning First Place in the Regional Musical Theatre Treble Voice category and consistently advancing to regional competition. Beyond the stage, she enjoys photography, video production and editing, crocheting, and other creative pursuits that continue to inspire her artistry.
