Carolin Justus is a versatile, dedicated singer/actress based in Central, SC. Since her theatrical debut as a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz at age 8, she has performed in over 25 productions across the Upstate. Her talent is showcased in a variety of notable roles, including Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Cinderella in Cinderella, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Luisa in The Fantasticks, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Amy in Little Women (musical), and Fastrada in Pippin.
As a trained soprano, Carolin has dedicated just over 8 years to refining her vocal abilities under the guidance of Dr. Amber James and Heather Haithcock. However, her commitment to artistic growth extends beyond voice lessons. She actively seeks out opportunities to hone her craft, participating in a musical theatre workshop led by Broadway's Anastasia Talley, Market Theatre's 24-Hour Musicals (3 years), a Jazz Voice Intensive, and various choral masterworks and musical reviews.
Carolin's musical talent has earned her recognition, notably from the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), where she received 1st place in the Regional Musical Theatre Treble Voice category and consistently qualifies for Regionals. When not on stage, she finds inspiration in pursuits such as photography, video production/editing, crocheting, and anything else that ignites her creative spirit.
